We know times are tough these days for a lot of families.  This is why the  New Hope Food Pantry provides food products twice per month to over 50 families, representing more than 125 people, in all of Jefferson Township.

Each month we're able to provide as many as...

  • 800 cans of fruit
  • 800 cans of vegetables
  • 400 cans of tuna
  • 400 boxes of pasta
  • 400 boxes of mac-n-cheese
  • 100 jars of peanut butter
  • 100 jars of jelly
  • 400 boxes of cereal
  • 200 rolls of toilet paper
  • 60 gallons of milk
  • 80 loaves of bread
Questions and Answers

Please limit your donations to non-perishable items, such as:

  • Canned fruits and vegetables
  • Canned beans
  • Peanut butter
  • Jelly
  • Coffee
  • Pasta
  • Canned sauce
  • Cereal
  • Toiletries

Talk to your neighbors and tell them about our drop-off location or ask them for their support by coordinating a neighborhood or street food drive.

While you are shopping, pick up a few non-perishable items and simply drop them off at the church on any Sunday. You can also drop the items off in the red bin at the church or at the Oak Ridge Post Office.

Yes! This can be a simple donation or you can send in a donation in recognition of someone special in your life or a special occasion. You will receive a special card from us to give to your special person indicating that a donation has been made in their name. Simply send a check made payable to Milton United Methodist Church and memo New Hope Food Pantry , with attn: to Adele Wildermuth. Be sure to include your return address and phone number for any correspondence.
